The elotouch drivers are installed on the Linutop OS, but the X configuration needs to be modified manually to set the correct calibration.
The steps are :
cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /cdrom/etc sudo gedit /cdrom/etc/xorg.conf
or
sudo vi /cdrom/etc/xorg.conf
